Flaminia House is a small and quiet oasis from where you can start your visit and enjoy the many historical attractions of the Eternal City.

Relax in the peaceful surroundings of Ponte Milvio after a busy working day or sightseeing. Keep the keys of the B&B to directly enter in the private room with bathroom, available for our guests. Enjoy our breakfast and the use of our Coffe Corner.

Room: the floor is made of natural wood.

Bed: two 80X190 cm. frames joined to form a queen size bed. Two high quality spring mattresses. Linen in cotton and for feather pillows.

Bathroom: floor made of natural black stone from Spain. Service furniture made in Spain. Safety PVC window. Shower with a crystal door. Cotton towels. Soaps choice (may vary).

Main entrance: high safety door (guests will hold the safety keys).

Lights: two master compact fluorescent light bulbs, two double halogen light on the right side of the bed, one small halogen lights on the left side of the bed.

Flaminia House rules

We would appreciate our guests not smoking in the house.
The room and bathroom cleaning is performed daily, in the afternoon; the bed setting is changes every three days.
Check–in is at 15 p.m., check out is at 10 a.m. A different check-in or check-out hour is available upon arrangement.
No pets allowed.
Other families live in the same villa where we live. We know and respect each other, so we also hope our guests to feel as being part a small community.
